"The property itself feels outdated and could definitely use some upgrades. The staff was just okay—there was little to no acknowledgment as a guest unless I initiated conversation or needed assistance, which didn’t feel very welcoming.
The room was not properly maintained. It didn’t feel tidy upon arrival, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I also requested housekeeping during my 3-day stay, but was informed that rooms are only cleaned every three days, which was inconvenient.
Additionally, when my flight was canceled, I asked the front desk about extending my stay or exploring options, and the response I received was very vague and nonchalant. During this time i sat in the lobby for 2-3 hours figuring out my next move due to my flight cancel and not one person stopped and asked if i was okay or needed assistance although i didn’t but seeing someone in your lobby for 3 hours and not saying anything is weird to me. It didn’t feel like they were interested in helping or accommodating the situation.
The only highlight of this hotel is the pool—it’s definitely the best feature. However, be aware that at the pool area, your total may be charged twice initially, with one charge later refunded as an authorization, which can be confusing. "
