Cool, comfortable, crisp condo stay in Coconut Grove

Our stay was very nice. The condo was super super clean and comfortable. The owners were amazingly responsive and communicative and made our whole stay easy!!

Great stay in great location

Condo was spacious, well maintained, very clean, in a great location, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. Property actually had 2.5 bathrooms which was a nice surprise.Only issue we had was the garage code during check in, which was mentioned in other reviews so it may be helpful to update the check-in instructions to avoid confusion for future guests.

Gem in the Grove

Spacious, comfortable and clean- the condo was the perfect spot for our family holiday in Miami. Walkable to downtown Coconut Grove and the waterfront. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean

The unit is in good condition and very clean. The check-in process was easy. The only negative was that the MB mattress is sagging and should be replaced.

Great Spot...

This was a great spot. It was not far from to a lot of things and from the airport, the train was a few blocks away, and if you rent a car there is parking. The Uber was very cheap, but in any case, the property was excellent. The management was very responsive to me when I called, and the neighbors were great and very quiet. The neighborhood is nice. It was a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

The Best Stay Ever In Miami After Coming For 7 Years

I have to say the cleanliness of this property was mind blowing . it was light as beautiful just like the pictures. the host responded to everything so quickly and efficiently. this is a great place to stay no matter what you may be doing in miami. i was able to cook with their beautiful kitchen supplies as well as do laundry which they provided which i thought was nice it gave a real home feel. i will stay here everytime i visit . thank you

Miami

Condo was in a great location and exactly as described. The building is quiet and there were no issues with our unit. However, we were unhappy with the check in. The instructions give you the gate code but when you arrive, there are 2 code boxes-one attached to the gate and a second for doorbell access. The code box attached to the gate would appear to be the logical choice but it was not! The directions should be more specific. Also, we could not access the unit and called for assistance. After waiting almost 15 minutes, we received a text instructing us to access a lockbox-there was a picture of the lockbox attached to rails in a stairwell. However, it did not specify which stairwell-so again we had to hunt around. Directions should be more accurate. I realize these may appear to be small issues but they were very stressful, especially after a long travel day.
