「Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and great pools. The property is also very kid-friendly. One important thing to know is that the beach directly in front of the hotel can be dangerous because of the strong waves and currents. However, we discovered a little paradise on the left side, near the end of the Secrets hotel, where the sea becomes calm thanks to the coral reef barrier. He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! When visiting the restaurants and buffet, most of the employees were not very attentive. Maybe one or two people would greet you warmly and make you feel welcome.
