"The Paramount at Times Square is hands-down the best hotel I have been to in NYC. The lobby is genuinely gorgeous, and the rooms are quaint. The rooms are on the smaller end (this is NYC after all), but it does not feel like they are small. They are laid out strategically to feel spacious, and the amenities offered are excellent. The staff are always super friendly and provide excellent customer service. Aside from all of these benefits, the hotel is in the perfect location. It is strategically near Broadway Street and Times Square. There are plenty of bodegas and great restaurants within a 2-minute walk of the hotel, and it is only an 8-minute walk away from the Gershwin Theaters, where Wicked plays. 10/10 recommend."

"From what I can see the room that I was given was so far from the main casino I tried to change room even if I had to pay more to was told no. I will never stray way from balleys again "

"Rules of use swimming pool are horrible. You check in at 4PM and pool get close at 5 pm. NO time to enjoy it at all. My step son wasn't allowed to swim because he is 18 years old and pool bar serving alcoholic beverages ( you have to be 21). That means leave your kids in the room and enjoy the swimming pool without them 😒... We booked this resort specifically for the joy of swimming ( we are not gamblers) and it was total despondent ! .. Room was nice, spacious and clean but happy mood was gone..."

"Im not the one to leave reviews unless I absolutely think it would help other guests. The condition of the room was deplorable. The bathroom was 2x2 and no space to even accommodate a toothbrush and I am not exaggerating. The carpet looked dirty and smelled old. Staff was friendly, good location but i would not go back to this hotel. I recommend you look around for other properties that are renovated or more modern. I hope this helps. "

"Room was exceptionally clean Great place to stay"

"Was offered an "upgrade" to a suite with ample room for my family and me, from a double queen city view room for $100 extra a night. Upon arriving at the suite, there was only 1 bed. Apologies and additional bedding arrangements were offered, but never came. The bathroom was not cleaned to the point that rings from the previous guests' products were still on the counters. None of the outlets would hold a plug, and the automatic blind system would malfunction and then die out, causing awful noises and then needing to be manually opened/closed."

"No AC in room. Heat set to 65 degrees, ran all night. Shower drain clogged."
