"This has got to be the friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were all absolutely lovely and the hotel was very nice , very clean, very comfortable and we can’t wait to get back. "

"The room was in a neglected state , toilet didn’t flush properly, pillows paper thin, bed rock hard, walls thin, constant banging outside, room smelt damp , very bright flashing from smoke alarm right above bed all night ..a large group of us stayed here for one night and nobody slept well at all. Breakfast was poor choice (no vegetarian option) and took ages to refill when empty and they need more staff around the hotel "

"Tv control missing back, batteries need replacing. Top missing off tap plunger. Hand wash horrible smell."
