「The resort was very nice, with a beautiful environment. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had a great time as a family. The one issue that really bothered us was the mattresses in our room. Both the double bed and the single bed were extremely uncomfortable and appeared to be in very poor condition. Room was spacious and cleaned well each day, my only negative for the room is that there are no usb ports, and plug sockets are limited, only one side of bed had one which was annoying when wanting to charge 2 phones at same time.
