「Location worked out great for us, we were able to visit, Fall River, drive up the cape, visit Boston, Plymouth,Salem, Gloucester MA (Hammond Castle), and even Kennebunkport ME all in a week! House is clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable, only suggestion is maybe new covers on the furniture in the living room and a Keurig but other than that our stay way fantastic. Loved swifts beach and that we could walk there! Thanks for a great week!!」

「We had a wonderful few days here! The house was very clean and well-stocked for a family of four - cozy, nostalgic beach house feel, as we could tell from the pictures, but charming and comfortable. And the beach just outside the door was so quiet and beautiful, we spent most of our time on the porch or beach, soaking up the sun. Perfect stay!」

「We spent mornings on the deck drinking coffee and taking in the quiet water views and evenings watching the sunset. It was a lovely escape but still close enough to walk into the charming town.Very clean and contemporary feeling space with much more than you’d typically find in a rental. More like staying in your friend’s nice apartment than in a bare bones rental property.」

「Swift Beach community was the easy and peaceful getaway we were looking for. It was a short commute from the greater Boston area. The neighborhood was quiet with a quick walk to the beach. There were plenty of play grounds, walk paths, restaurants, and other activities for the whole family. We loved being able to bring the doggo and include him in the fun. 」

「We loved our stay at this cottage! Brendan was very communicative, and the house had many extras that were great for kids, including a beach wagon, beach and house toys, even a stepstool in the bathroom! Proximity to the beach was amazing, just a few minutes walk and we loved being able to walk just up the road to get breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.」

「I loved this quaint cottage on a very quiet street with amazing ocean views. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with owner was great. I would 100% stay here again.」

「It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it that’s cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. I would rent this again. 」

「Unit was very clean and comfortable. But there wasnt any body washing soap in unit just liquid hand soap. Also was a bit warm in unit even though it says AC available but unable to bring temperture below 73 degrees..」

「What a beautiful little getaway in nature. This comfy cozy little cottage was the perfect spot to enjoy lots of day trips to the Cape, and beyond. Definitely we'll be back to enjoy a summer escape. 」

「The cottage was very nice, the beach was beautiful. I would go there again except my husband has been ill and it was very hard for him going up the sand dune, and not seeing ocean/ water from the house was disappointing but not a deal breaker. I wish that the dune information was made available.」
