“It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24.”

“The space was beautiful and is in an excellent location to downtown Mystic and Main Street where there are a ton of shops and eateries. The host was very helpful with early check in and responded quickly. There were starter coffee pods provided. The only things that we weren’t fans of were the bed was a little hard and there were two chairs instead of a small sofa to sit on - not really complaints - just a head’s up. Also - this does not affect everyone - but we are smoker’s. We understand not……

“Great place, easy access, safe parking, super clean, all the basics. Very minor concerns - TVs remotes didnt quite work, check in app was quite cumbersume - but phone support was super friendly and helpful, bedrooms were nice - but in apt common space was less than what would be expected. The apartment building did have nice common spaces as well. No significant problems and felt very safe. I'd stay again. A 4.45 star review - I can be a little critical.”

“The apartment was very nice. We did run out of hot water for the 3rd shower and we needed wash clothes, but everything else was great. Very clean unit and great location. I would return to this unit on our next visit to Groton.”

Nice, clean, comfortable.Please note: This is a city apartment, and with it came city noises like sirens, garbage trucks, beeping horns.The location was great for our purposes. An easy walk to Yale.”
