“No communication leading up to check in, did not reply to question on day of check in and did not respond to question once checked in until next day. One TV remote did not work therefore unable to use. The one shower used did not drain properly for 4 people and had to stop multiple times while in use, hot water barely dribbled out of one bathroom sink. stain on sheets on one bed. Kitchen space and utensils was adequate. Laundry set up-A! There were some broken bathroom towel and toilet paper holders that detracted as did the ceiling water damage in the bedroom and flaking ceiling in the loft.
