"My friend and I booked our stay for two nights to participate in the Mercy Health Glass Marathon event. Meredith was amazing and provided excellent service the entire time we were there. Christine created a fabulous sign the morning of our run to acknowledge runners and of course we had to take a picture with it, barely awake at 4:30am. The sign was displayed in the breakfast area, which Paulette opened early specifically for the runners. We had friends staying at three other hotels that had none of the ‘extras’ and fantastic service that we experienced. Also the hot tub was the strongest jets I’ve ever seen at any hotel and I’ve been to dozens and dozens throughout my life. The people and service made this a fantastic weekend away and I can’t recommend this hotel enough."

"Just parking lot in bad shape "

"We spent one night in Toledo and hope to return to this Hilton Garden Inn. It’s very new, spotless and staff were efficient and friendly. It’s perfectly located, walking distance to ball park, hockey rink and restaurants. Art museum is a short drive. Only negative was that hotel rooms are not soundproofed and all guests aren’t considerate when returning at 2:00 a.m."

"Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Holland, OH was excellent ! The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The Bistro is great ! Our room was neat and clean. And the location is perfect. "

"Truck stop area not much in immediate area, was safe. Redone floors and good bed TV microwave, frige all working. Small rolling chair, shop worn table. Room was clean. Good shower bars and handicapped height toilet. Spare bedside comode stand, not sure why. Evcellent people at check in. "
