「When I got to the address listed in this booking it was an abandoned Days Inn with no people in site. There was zero signage indicating I was in the right place and it felt unsafe and super sketchy. I did not stay here and will be using my travel insurance for false advertising/the motel not apparently existing as advertised」

「Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. Also, there were trash items some other people left behind on one of the tables and some stray...

「There was a long wait at the front desk with no apologies on the wait and no apologies when they couldn't find my reservation due to "a problem with Expedia". The white comforter had several stains that looked like fecal matter and there were similar fecal stains on the toilet. We went down and told them at the front desk about the stained comforter and had to wait 10 minutes to get a new one with no apologies. We are not picky travelers and it takes a lot to complain but I feel like these...

「When we arrived at the hotel late night, we were told the room door locks were not working and that they could not accomadate us. We were not notified of this ahead of time, we were told by the reception to find other hotels by driving around and no assistance, suggestions or any effort made to secure another hotel or alternate accommodation. This is disgraceful for Choice hotel who is in the hospitality industry to serve clients in this manner. I recognize this is a franchisee holder location,...

「I prepaid for this room; upon checkin they asked for a card; and without telling me hit the card for $100 in case I smoked in the room; I'm a non smoker. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sinks and hot tub - apparently that money they took from me was to fix problems created by others. Never again will I allow that. Also, the hotel was under construction and it was very dangerous around the property.」
