「We came here for a quick family getaway. Spent 2 nights and will never stay at this property again. Rooms were extremely small. Only 1 option for a king bed. No tissues, no conditioner for hair, no outdoor pool, half of the indoor waterpark activities were closed. No real option for food. Very disappointing and not how it looks online!」

「The property was very nice and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only improvements could be putting out some free coffee and water in the lobby for people to have as they were coming in or waking up in the morning.」

「Younger kids have more fun, my 13 yo called it mediocre wolf lodge. He was not impressed! I wanted to use the hottest,jacuzzi but did not due to too many people and underage kids.
FYI...reccomendation: ADULT late hours, jacuzzi」

「The hotel was a pleasant place to stay overall, and the staff were great—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the property could benefit from some maintenance. There were cracks in the ceilings, and the washroom is in need of renovation.」
