「We arrived right at check in time and waited a long time in line. We stayed on the 6th floor of the West Wing and the roof was leaking. The hallway wasn't cleaned the entire weekend with pizza boxes and coffee creamers just sitting on the floors and used disposable gloves and crumbs. 「Overall, the hotel was just ok. We just needed a place to stay for a 2 day event in Port Clinton, and this location worked. The main issue is that they have changed to virtual keycards. You have to rely on your phone to open your room door. This went as well as it sounds. I couldn't get mine to work at all.
