「Room was very clean. bed and pillows, tv and lighting was good. At this time they are remodeling first floor so had to walk up 2 short flights of steps because there is no elavator. They had very little for breakfast, the lady at the desk wasn't sure why.」

「Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable.」

「Room and lobby were both very clean. Staff was friendly, and the complementary breakfast was good. Tons of available parking outside.」

「simple, clean, quiet,」

「Adequate for a short stay.」

「It was very good for what we needed to attend a family funeral in Carthage, MO. Staff was great. Parking right in front of our door. Located near shopping for anything you might need. Good luck to the new management. We thank you helping us during a sad time. Travelers from Rhode Island.」

「Best find in Monett! Felt like I was in a swanky NY loft! The hosts decorated so nicely and stocked fridge and snacks bar and also a variety of coffee KCups and creamers. I didn’t leave and hated to say goodbye! Will definitely come back and stay here!」

「People were nice. Place was just run down. No wifi」

「We booked 3 rooms because the pics showed that they have been updated with laminate flooring. Carpet is a big no as I suffer from dust allergies. Our rooms were located on the 2nd floor & were not updated & all had carpet. There is also no elevator. I voiced my concerns to the staff regarding the outdated rooms as this is not what we saw online when we booked. The rooms are in the process of being updated, but have not reached the 2nd floor yet. Staff was very eager to move us to the 1st...

「Good location, just a little tired and old.」
