Perfect for a big family

We stayed for a large family gathering at the Peninsula resort. This home was perfect for our family of 12 - multiple generations. The grandparents loved the elevator, and there was plenty of space for everyone to fit comfortably. Management was responsive and helpful throughout the process. We’ll be back!

Water issue almost ruined our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of our property was perfect in that it was walkable to the pool and dock. There were many issues in the house itself i.e. stove lights not working, window coverings that could not be raised, shade that apparently fell off a window and was stuffed in place, knob on appliance garage broken and laundry in the washer when we arrived. Water company turned off the water because the owners did not pay the bill. Our agent did a fantastic job finding a place to put us up for the night until the issue was resolved. Despite the problems we made the best of our stay and will be returning to The Peninsula but in a different home.
