“The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. ”

“The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. The underground parking gave us peace of mind with our rental car and travels. The proximity of the grocery store and other shopping facilities was a big plus to our everyday needs. “We had booked a 2- bedroom flat for two weeks during the Christmas season. The property is in a great location and the parking was very handy. The building is very warm, which was great for us, as we had our baby with us. There was a Christmas tree on the landing as well as board games we could bottle to play- great touch! The flat was beautiful with lots of natural light, cool decor and lots of storage. We asked for a cot for our baby and there was one. The kitchen is fantastic and……

“Room was clean, good size and quiet. Amenities were good (tea,coffee etc). The check in / out process was quick, simple and hassle free. The staff were courteous, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was simple but perfect for our needs. Well placed for the centre and a lovely walk to all it has to offer. Simple place, with no hassles and everything we needed.....would happily stay again.”

“Hotel location is good. The room is clean and comfort. We have 2 rooms booked, 1 room with 4 sockets and 1 room with 2 only. Having 2 people in one room, 2 sockets is not enough as people has many things to charge when back to hotel. ”
