However, when we arrived the staff told us that there was a failure on the water pump and they couldnt provide onsen water! The only solution they had offered was some PUBLIC onsen entries on its surrounding area…. 「We felt glad and fortunate to stay in this home. It has a great feeling, and is in a beautiful quiet area with great views from the back porch. The amount of space is generous, and there is a nice layout of rooms. The kitchen worked well for us, too. There is a 1 kilometer narrow road through the forest that takes you to DeepSpot, and it feels like you are going to someplace special!」
