“Good”

“This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink. There is an onsen available that is private (it can hold up to two people in the same group, you mark it as occupied when you are in there). “The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the station. Minoh waterfall is nearby. The infinity onsen offers an amazing city view. The morning and dinner buffet feature a wide selection of food. However, the hotel is a bit worn out. There are too many people especially in the restaurant. Too crowded.”
