One of the best Ariel Dunes 1 condos we have stayed at.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had the best views. It was very clean, very spacious, and so nice! I thought the tv by the kids bunk beds were awesome. Not every condo has that. The guest book was a nice touch to let the owners know just how much I appreciated staying there and what I thought about it. They wanted us to tell them if there were any improvements they should do or things they should keep. I loved the kitchen and table matching decor. The couch was so comfy for watching movies. I enjoyed everything about this condo.

Not to happy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description of the condo said it was a "King master bedroom". It wasn't, it was a Queen master bedroom. We couldn't report it when we arrived at 5pm because the property was closed from what we were told. We reported the situation on Saturday and when I first called, I got the run around on the phone. I spoke to McKenzie, Grace and William. William told me he was "basically" the supervisor and then proceeded to tell me, the unit we were in did in fact state the master bed was Queen and what did I want him to do? He even stated, the same unit number in the other building is the unit that had a King bed. He was wrong by the way, our unit definitely said "King" and I did not know nor did I care about the unit in the other building. Oh, and he wasn't a supervisor from what I was told. I told him I could forward him the screen shot because it's supposed to be King bed according to the listing. Grace eventually helped us and was very polite. She said they could move us into another unit, which we refused because we were on the 11th floor with a nice view, and they were trying to put us on the 4th floor. Very unacceptable! At that time, Grace told us her manager offered to give us $100 in vouchers that we could use at a restaurant nearby and a liquor store. We took the vouchers, but we were upset about the situation. We didn't even get to speak to a supervisor which I thought was odd. Bottom line is, we paid for a King master bedroom and that is what we expected. The Queen bed was very uncomfortable to us. The overall condition of the unit was fine, just kind of thrown together in my opinion. The couch appeared to be second hand and looked it, it seemed to lean a little. Two pictures on the wall in the entire unit. Just didn't feel like a vacation beach condo. It was clean. You have one time to make a first impression and we didn't appreciate this one so, I'm sure we will not rent with Seascape again. Basically, not getting what was advertised if fake advertisement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit AD1106 is located in the middle of Ariel Dunes 1. It has the perfect view of the beach from its balcony. The unit is clean and has all the things you will need for your stay esp for cooking. Bed and sofa bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Seascape resort is very well maintained. And the best part, it's walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be back. I am already recommending the resort to our family and friends.

Not pleasant

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having an autistic son comes with challenging times and lots of grace. My autistic son made a mistake by throwing a few light items of trash because he was curious. No one got hurt and it could of been a great teachable moment for him if the hotel security staff was friendly. They older lady that sat behind the desk was anything but. She was very self-righteous, cold, and snarky with me. Instead of the situation being held with grace for a child who has never hurt a fly , he was treated like a bad kid and I was looked at like a bad parent. Then we get evicted. I will never stay at seascape again. I will also tell friends and family about our experience.
