Family fun!!

My family/friends and I had the best time in Destin. The house was perfect with plenty of space and the golf cart at the home was so convenient. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed!!! Definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful location!

Our family had an amazing stay at this property. The location was incredible. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach and could easily access restaurants and shopping. The only issue we had was an inaccurate listing detail regarding parking. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and went out of their way to accommodate us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home and neighborhood!

This was a perfect location for our group. Close enough to walk to the beach or rent a golf cart and make carrying things easier. Restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The home was clean and just as described. Would stay here again!

Relaxing

We had a relaxing few ‘cold’ days at the beach. We shopped, relaxed, ate out and visited the beach! The house was so much more than we expected. Perfect location, so clean and welcoming.

Great house and location!

We thought the house was great overall, and the house was kept up nicely. One issue we ran into was it wasn’t stocked with any basic things like toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. I am used to those things being provided at anywhere else I stay these days, so we weren’t prepared. They responded quickly though, and brought it over the next day!

Pictures online are deceiving.

The pictures online make the house appear nice. Its actually quite the opposite. We arrived to 4 broken stairs that had been taped together. There was an ant and cockroach issue. The kitchen is not equipped at all. The few dishes there seem to be leftover stuff other visitors left behind, melted spatulas, crappy pots and pans, etc. The oven also kept throwing the breaker while we cooked dinner. My husband had to fix the kitchen table chairs as all the legs were so loose they pointed inward. Seems badly maintained and very cheap.

“Nice house! A little far from beach”

The property was nice. However, it was a pretty good hike to the beach: I’m sure it was more than 800 yards or “steps” , as the description said. Also, the “loft” room is just the hallway upstairs. It isn’t a separate room, however the space was fairly good in the hallway. The codes we had to use were crazy: there were five! Pool is small and pretty far from property. We were told by Real Joy that we could only have two cars in the driveway and none on the street, according to the HOa rules. When I booked , we were told one car would have to park at the pool, but when we got there, they said this was no longer an option and we would have to go to the airport to park! 14 people usually have more than two vehicles!
