Friends and Family Getaway

The house is beautiful. We had plenty of room for our group of 8. Location was perfect because we have friends that own a house around the corner. Very convenient with easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend reserving the golf carts to get around the neighborhood and to the beach.

Great location and great house!

House was everything someone could ask for. Was hesitant not staying beachside but made the right decision. Easy to get to the beach and better location for shops and wharf. Would stay here again!

Way too cold for an honest opinion

First of all - Do something about the cold weather and especially the 5 inches of snow that hung around for days. Secondly, the TV setup was poor. We had to get someone in there to help. Was never able to stream programs. Thirdly, we did not expect to have to dispose of roaches. One a day for 4 days. We maybe are not good ones for a review. We left Florida a week early mainly due to the cold weather and snow. Sorry, but we would not rent this house again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience at this house was excellent. The home is very nice and location is amazing. The management staff was great and very helpful. The only negative was that our dryer stopped working 2 days into our stay. And it was not able to be replaced until after our departure. We had to transport our laundry to other locations which was quite a bit of a hassle. Especially with having to wash/dry towels each day.Other than that it was absolutely great.
