This place needs serious upgrades.The decor looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1990s (or earlier). The master bed was squeaky and very uncomfortable. There was no cold water in the sinks—good luck washing your hands without scalding yourself. Provided with an old broom and had to bring our own laundry detergent.The air conditioning was uneven—the master bedroom was hot while the guest room was freezing. Carpets were extremely old, stained, and gross. There was visible mold in the showers. The bed sheets had stains. Utensils were rusty and the TVs and remotes were difficult to use.

Great location. However this unit is NOT a 9.8. There was garbage in the living room, 2 of the 3 bathroom sinks were broken. The TV in the main bedroom did not work do to missing cords and remote. Carpet in bedroom are nasty! Sliding doors and windows look as if they have never been cleaned. Also the cushions on the deck are dirty. I would rate this place a 6 out of 10. Now the good... the view. Management wanted to come in the next evening and fix the sinks while we are there. This place needs some major TLC. I would up load pictures if i could.

This property was amazing!!! Super clean and nicely furnished! The restaurant downstairs was delicious and delivered so we didn’t have to go out at the end of long days at the beach! The beach was right across the street and even though there were days where the waves were rough the heated pool kept my kids entertained all day! The condo has everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable! The balcony was our favorite part. What a view!! We’ll definitely stay here again!!!

I would highly recommend this condo as a comfortable, clean and safe place to stay. The Manager was so easy to work with, communication was excellent. The condo was perfect for four adults. Beach access was easy and the pools where clean. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!
