We’ve stayed at this location twice now and have loved it each time. The golf cart makes beach trips a breeze and we loved riding it down to the Wharf to shop and eat. The property is clean and is in a great neighborhood. We can’t wait to stay again!

Wow! Such an amazing stay!

My husband and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary here! The bed was super comfy, all the amenities of the condo are as said, the porch looking over the bay is beautiful and the golf cart was so convenient to get around! The whole Sandestin neighborhood is friendly and beautiful. We will be coming back here for sure!

Great location in Sandestin resort

My husband, young son and I stayed here for four nights and loved the convenience of this location with the golf cart. Easy cart rides to the beach access, Baytown Wharf, and the Grand Boulevard development. This second floor unit was plenty of space for the three of us and has nice decor. The back patio has a nice view of the golf course and bay.

Family trip

We loved having the golf cart for easy access to the beach and resort. My 4 year old enjoyed the pools! We loved hanging out at the condo just as much as we did getting out and about. Thank you!!! Loved this location and would love to come back next year!

Happy Place

The condo is clean and nicely decorated, the golf cart is an excellent extra feature, and the back deck has a beautiful view. However, we were not informed before we arrived that only two people were allowed on the deck due to security (maintenance) reasons. The exterior of the units looks outdated, but overall it's a pleasant place to stay. Our vacation was wonderful, and we love SanDestin. : )

We have stayed in this area before and enjoyed being able to get around with the golf cart. The bed was perfect and comfy. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative, (this has nothing to do with the rental), the beach area that is available for the Sandestin is now a public beach. All beach chair rentals are still available, but because the public has access, they are allowed to sit their spots up in front of all beach chair rentals. It was definitely busier than our last visit at the same time of year.

Gorgeous View & Beautiful Decorations

This second floor condo was perfect for my husband and I. We were in town to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary! The decorations were so pretty and the condo was spotless. No stains on the floors/carpets that we seen! The shower was nice and the bed was VERY comfy!! The views from the deck were the best we have seen in the area (This was our 4th or 5th trip to this area). The pool was a two minute walk, which was nice! The golf cart was great and made the beach, grocery & shopping so convenient. They do have beach chairs, umbrella and several other helpful items for the beach if you do not want to bring your own. We did bring our own chairs. Lovely condo and the hosts we so kind. We wanted to add an extra night last minute and they were flexible which made our trip that much better! A trip we will always remember! = )

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great, convenient location near the bay in a quiet, gated community. The pool was nice and we pretty much had it all to ourselves the entire week. A very short drive to the beach. Had a couple of housekeeping issues such as food crumbs on the carpet, but mostly very clean.The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of pots, pans, baking pans, utensils, etc. It was very nice to have sample size dish soap, dishwasher pods, and cleaners for the kitchen as well as paper towels. Same for travel size toiletries in the bathroom along with toilet paper. There was a lot of construction and repair going on. Our deck was covered in saw dust 3 days in a row with workers sawing wood on the deck adjacent to ours, making the deck mostly unusable on those days. The golf cart was a nice amenity to drive to the beach access at Beach House, the grocery store, and restaurants.I wish the deck was a bit more private. The privacy walls only go halfway, then it is normal deck railing. The bed was soft and cozy with a good mattress, soft sheets, and nice pillows. The carpet could use a deep shampoo and some of the loose/cracked tiles need to be replaced.Internet worked well for "work from home", etc.The grounds were well maintained and manicured with multiple ponds that were teaming with wildlife. Scores of turtles, frogs, birds, etc. A nature lovers paradise!The included beach umbrella and chairs should be replaced soon. They were much appreciated but getting pretty rusty. Nice having a cooler to use.Wish there was a shuttle schedule for pickup/drop off times and locations. I may have overlooked it, but could not find that info. Tons of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. Our favorite restaurant was Pompano Joe's.We would highly recommend Our Happy Place for your stay.

Quick get away

This was a great trip!! So accommodating and welcoming! The house was so clean and comfortable. The golf cart makes the trip though it makes it to where everything is at your fingertips!!You have access to so many restaurants, grocery stores, the marina and it’s also a quick trip to the beach.! So worth it!! Everyone in the neighborhood is extremely friendly.

Sandestin heaven

Perfect views of bays. Perfect location to view 4th of July fireworks. Enjoyed our stay. The golf cart was an added bonus and loved driving around the resort taking it all in.
