Great Condo!

We love Sandestin and have stayed many times at Beachside I and II. This condo has been our favorite so far and we will definitely stay here again. I had instant communication with the owner when I had a question. It was clean and very convenient. I highly recommend and give it 5 Stars for every topic.

Family vacation

The location was perfect. The proximity of the pool to our balcony made noise noticeable. We couldnt hear the ocean over the people at the pool. However the location was key with the little ones.

Would return in a heartbeat- Family Dream

My husband, I and our 7 and 5 year old stayed here and would absolutely return to the exact spot and room in a heartbeat. It was such the perfect family vacation. The room was perfect. It was located right next to the boardwalk which leads to the beach and pool - this made running up to the room from the pool or beach to use the bathroom or grab lunch with kids so easy. The pool area was luxurious. There is a massive sun shelf which the kids loved and a large hot tub. The beach was white sand and clear water. The owner was extremely helpful and responded to each text quickly. We took the golf cart to Baytown Warf multiple times where we loved the live music and family atmosphere. I never got in our car once we checked in. The kids and adults had so much fun and we can’t wait to come back.

Great location

This condo was perfectly situated at the resort! With 3 small kids, i wanted easy access to the beach, and this was it. Out the door and down the ramp to the beach or pool. No elevators needed unless getting to the car. Golf cart provided was a plus! Condo is remodeled, but parts of it felt dingy. The resort and facility made up for that. Beautiful views for the room and living room! Extended balcony for tanning at your room !

The best!

I just want to say that this was absolutely the best rental property on a Beach Along the Panhandle that I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several. Everything was excellent the view the closeness to the dock and the beach, everything. I definitely want to come back.

Great stay on the beach

We had a great stay at this Beachside I condo in Sandestin. The location was perfect, second floor right next to the beach access. And everything in the condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach in this portion of Sandestin doesn’t tend to get as crowded as some of the other parts, which was a definite plus. Having such convenient access to both the pool and beach really made our vacation.

Great condo on the water

We have been to Sandestin several times and I was initially hesitant to book this room because it was only on the 2nd floor. They were very easy to work with and flexible so it was the one we booked. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a great view of the beach and water. It was close to the walkway so just a short way to the beach and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

Fantastic Stay

The condo was great!! The location of this unit was perfect, especially with kids. We were able to walk straight out to the beach boardwalk and only had to go down one floor to the pool…all while having an ocean view. The unit was spacious enough for our family of 6 (4 adults/2 kids). The best condo we’ve stayed at in Miramar. Marcella was great with communication/info regarding the rental. This will definitely be our “go to” condo the next time we are in Miramar Beach!

Our stay was great!! The room was nice. My only recommendation is to make sure there are enough towels and washcloths. We had very few of these, which made things a little difficult. Also, we weren’t prepared for such early work crews revamping the pool area on loud equipment. Overall, great place to stay though! Definitely planning to return!!

Excellent Location for Family Vacation

The property was amazing. The unit is very bare, so be prepared to buy absolutely everything that you will want/need for the trip. The refrigerator and the cupboards were completely empty. The only edible product in the unit was salt. There are no games, no beach toys, coolers, plastic cups, etc that one might expect at a beach vacation rental. Aside from that, it was perfect. Definitely considering staying here again. The proximity to the beach and pool make it easy for a beach trip with little kids.

Beautiful property but has issues

The property itself is great. The condo and facilities are great. However, the fold away trundle is broken. Both the head and the foot sag. Pics below. The WiFi password doesn’t work. So we didn’t have internet while we stayed there. I was told I had to call a third party to figure it out. So kids didn’t have access to streaming.The golf cart doesn’t have any identifying marks on it. And no one could tell me how to work the lights. (Steering column on the blinker for those wondering) There are also not enough extension cords in the golf cart parking lot, this is a building issue. Overall it was a nice stay. But the “unforced errors” were beyond aggravating. Hopefully they will fix the issues before the next person stays.

The head of the bed is either set below the main bed height or in a locked upright position.

WiFi password on the wall placard is not correct.

Short Title

Location of unit, by second floor walkway to beach, was very convenient; encountered a few large roaches; master BR TV would not connect although other units worked fine. Don't understand why the builder/architect didn't make the hall utility closet large enough to accommodate the stacked washer/dryer!!

The floor and carpet were dirty could not walk barefoot getting grime on the feet.

Complex nice but this unit was not up to standard, very poorly furnished and the floors and carpet were filthy. Balcony area completely filthy with stains and cigarette butts from the above apartments dropping in form above.
