Relaxing week

We loved that it was all one level, the beds were comfortable, and plenty of seating in the living room. The location is great. We rented a golf cart which was nice with kids, and hauling beach chairs etc, but you can walk to the beach in about 5-7 minutes. We had a great time.

Great house and location

Our family got together for Christmas at my father-in-laws and we stayed at the beach. This house was a perfect fit for the 6 members of our family. We will definitely come baby!!!

Welcoming, comfortable, and clean!

A nice quiet neighborhood, a short walk to the beach. A very comfortable house that feels like a home. The kitchen is well appointed for those that like to cook. I will try to book the same home the next time I am visiting.

Perfect stay

5 STAR STAY!!!! if you own a jeep you'll love staying here because you can easily make it beach ready and dry!!! Home was super clean upon arrival; we did our best to leave in likewise condition. We had plenty of space for 9 total - 4 adults 3 minors - "2 couples, 3 toddlers, and 2 teens". Beach access code did change during stay. I called property management, and they notified me asap with code. No issues, well maintained property. I will book this again and again as long as its listed annually.

Nice Area And Home. Check in less then desirable.

Home was as described very clean comfortable. Great layout for family. Check in was at 4pm no sooner. Property management could have had better customer service skills borderline rude. He stated we would get an automatic text at 4pm no sooner or later nothing he could do. 4:20 no code, we kept calling going to voicemail. Only when we called from a different number he answered. Then proceeded to tell us that VRBO didn’t give him/them my phone number. You would think that they should have checked that. I kept getting texts from VRBO. How would I have known it was another property management reaching out to me? Overall after that the experience was perfect. I would recommend this property it’s perfectly located to beach and restaurants.

Could be Better

The home is in a great location and very convenient to everything around— beach, food, shopping. We walked to the beach each day of our stay. About 10 mins. Now, although the house has great potential for what’s around, it could use a complete dusting and deep cleaning. When we first walked in, it had the smell of needing to be air out and cleaned. No deodorizer at all! The area rug in the living room was filthy. I’m sure the carpet in the bedrooms were as well. Our 10 lb. Shihtzu kept wanting to sniff (which is in their nature), but sniff a little too much. I found myself cleaning and sanitizing the place for our stay as best as I could. Including purchasing air fresheners. I should’ve taken a picture of my cleaning cloth. Even the light switches were disgusting and has never been cleaned. Fixtures (wall) around the house need to be dusted. Even the decorative washcloths in the bathroom. Full of dust. Bottom line… we as paying customers have a cleaning fee included in our rate— so why not clean the house? Inside and out! Or find better housekeepers. This is so unfortunate because the house has great potential and is in a great location.

It was wonderful. The house itself was so clean, beautifully positioned, and had every amenity you could think of. everyone had a great time. Everyone slept great. beds are comfortable and incredible location easy walk to the beach. The owners also are so helpful in case you need anything. was the best trip to Destin we have ever had! Will be back.

It was great!

We enjoyed our stay! We did endure some issues with the information in the book of the house not being up to date and accurate. For example, the pool time we were given in the book was 8 am to 10 pm when it was actually sunrise to sunset (literally sunset, it closed according to sunset on the weather app). We also reached out to ask for the code to the access point of the beach when we were rudely told to not use that one (which was the one listed in the book). The company later apologized and gave us the code. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This was an amazing and adorable place to stay. Very roomy. Everything was new. AND if we had known we didn’t have to bring anything to the beach, we would have had more car space, Lol. Chairs, umbrella, toys, ALL available for use in the garage. The owner thought of everything- even little things like soap dispensers in the bathroom with soap. Thank You for having a nice place! 5 stars for us. We were all impressed. P. S. Everyday the neighbor was giving away free Coleus plants so we planted 8-9 under the 5 palms. Took a few home as well. Few issues

We were disappointed to find there were no extra paper products. We had 1 each of toilet paper and paper towels. We bought supplies and had to leave them, so the next guests will have all of that in addition to plates, garbage bags, baggies, liquid hand soap, etc. it would be nice to start with some of these things, especially if you get in late.
