This 3rd floor condo is two doors from the elevator, tucked away in a quiet corner (no one walking by bedroom windows!), It is just a few yards away from the beautiful white sands and clear blue waters of the gulf coast! Come enjoy the many amenities of the Maravilla Resort Community, which offers two swimming pools (one near the beach, the other heated year around) a hot tub, fitness center, tennis/pickle ball courts, BBQ grilling areas, and plenty of green space for pets. Walk to several shops and restaurants, including local favorites like Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's and Captain Dave's on the gulf within a mile you also have Surf Hut, Crab Trap and Whale's Tail. Outlet shopping is just a few minutes away and there is a plethora of family friendly fun to be found in the area!
Since becoming owners in 2020 both the unit and the resort have seen updates, with major exterior renovations in 2025. Take advantage of the updates we have completed inside. We have added new furniture in both bedrooms, new ceilings, (goodbye popcorn) a new tiled walk-in shower in the main bedroom, and new tiled bath/shower combo in shared bath. There is new flooring throughout, a stackable washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with every tool you need to whip up a meal. We offer a single-cup, keurig-style coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker as we realize everyone has a preference! There is a dining table that seats 6, king beds in both the main and the guest room, full bathrooms attached to each bedroom, and a living room with a sleeper sofa/loveseat combo, and a twin bed foldout chair that would be suitable for a small child.
Smell the ocean air and a side view of the water while enjoying the over-sized balcony, accessible via both the main bedroom and living room. Flexcation capable with free high-speed WiFi, an office desk and chair in the guest room, 3 smart TV's and DirectTV service included. The beach area for Maravilla is deeded private, which greatly reduces crowds. It is rare you are disturbed by another guests' loud music and no tents are allowed in front of the beach service chairs! No getting up early to reserve a great spot or hauling chairs to the beach as seasonal beach service for 4 is also complimentary! This means you get two umbrellas and four chairs set up for you daily! (Typically available Mar-Oct) Our hallway closet has an assortment of beach toys that you are free to use and return for the next guests.
When we say we would love for you and your family to stay with us, we mean your tail-waggers too! We welcome all size dogs, as long as they are friendly, not allowed on furniture/bedding, and crated when alone in the unit if chewers or not housebroken. Please know that deposits will absolutely not be returned if there is pet damage or excessive fur is found on furniture and linens that requires added cleaning. If your dog creates a noise disturbance while you are away, or you are caught not picking up after your dog, you could be fined by the community. Please keep this in mind before traveling with Fido! Dogs are not allowed on the beach, unless you have a resident license per Walton County and then only on public beaches.
Please notify us if you intend to travel with your dog or dogs and ask us any questions if you are unsure. Unfortunately, certain breeds are prohibited due to insurance restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, any purebred or mixed-breed American Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Husky, Doberman, Akita, German Shepherd, Malamute, Presa Canario, Rottweiler or wolf. :(
If you choose to book with us, you agree to the rental contract which outlines additional resort rules such as
-no grills on the deck area
-no smoking or vaping in the unit
-no parking for trailers, boats, golf carts, or RVs,
-no outdoor mats or bike storage on balconies or walkways
-and the limit of one parking space during the busy season. Please see the rental agreement for a complete list.

Please note: We cannot control the weather and cannot refund outside of the posted cancellation policy. If your stay is within 45 days and have had it booked for more than 6 months, owner has the right to 50% of the first rental payment/deposit if you cancel. This applies even if cancellation is within standard cancellation window. No subleasing of our unit. Please secure insurance to protect your trip if available.
