Best family vacation

The house was wonderful. Perfect location, pool great and perfect for kids. The only complaint was if there was only one room with bunk beds it was hard for adults to sleep in bunk beds. I would definitely rent again.

Great house but……

I love absolutely everything about this house BUT it definitely needs another powder room/ bathroom somewhere! Even if there is a toilet put downstairs somewhere in the grill area. The house sleeps too many people for just 2 toilets! And one of the toilets is in the primary bedroom area so it makes it awkward going in thru the primary bedroom to get to the primary bathroom as there is no other access to that bathroom. Please advise the owner to just add a toilet somewhere!

Endless Summer

The location of Endless Summer was the best!!! The walk to the beach was only about a minute or two. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen/living room were spacious enough so that we were not under each other’s nose. Private pool was a sweet bonus but it did stay dirty even after pool service came to clean it.

Dream House

This house was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more. The huge screened in porch had tons of seating and was perfect for relaxing, games, or even just as a stopping place to put on sunscreen/dry off. The pool bar/tv area was the icing on the cake.

Pool paradise

This property is awesome. Awesome kitchen, back porch, shaded pool. The shaded pavilion on the beach and short walk to the beach top it all off. The beach was magnificent. The bathrooms could use some updating and the entire house could have been cleaner but it was so close to perfect. Awesome stay.

Great summer vacation house!

The house very well laid out. Communication with property managers was great. House is perfectly stocked. Outside bar by the pool is where we spent most of our time. Screened porch is perfect for morning coffee. 😊

Amazing Location

They house was really great, had a hop skip and a jump to the private beach. This was key because just next door is sandestin and the beach there was over crowded. We barely had people were we stayed on the beach. Loved the pool, hammock and swings. The home definitely needs a lot of updating but that was so minor for everything we got. The steps of the back deck definitely need replacing. When I called the property manager about another property, they asked how my stay was. The only downfall for us besides the much needed updating was a gas grill. When we are on vacation we don’t want to deal with charcoal. So they had a gas grill delivered to the property the next morning. The customer service of Five Star Properties was exceptional and we cancelled it Thanksgiving VRBO and booked directly with Five Star properties for a much nicer home than we originally booked because of the great service we received. Can’t wait for thanksgiving trip back to the beach.
