Awesome

We went for our 40th wedding anniversary. Wonderful condo, great communication. Will rent here again. The beach set up guys were so nice, great manners and very helpful.

Lovely place

Great place for a family stay. Beach was beautiful and accessible. Condo was spacious. Love the view of the gulf from the bedroom window.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beyond pleased with the accommodations. The reality of the stay exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, comfortable and had a great location for all the local activities. If I had to be critical, I would say the King mattress could use updating and the TV had difficulty connecting to the internet. Small things.

Great location and space!

I have been coming to the Destin/30A area since I was 6 years old in 1991 (my parents and family even before that) and this was one of my favorite places to stay. Love the security of the area. The view was breathtaking. The condo itself was wonderful! Comfortable beds and couch, spacious kitchen and bathrooms. Even had a keurig and pantry! Woohoo! The beach chair/umbrella service, White Diamond, was exceptional! The young men running it were so polite and always offered to carry beach gear and totes for us, big plus to my mom and I! We had absolute perfect weather all week. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thank you all so, so much! ❤️

Perfect Beach Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our trip and the condo was on a great location. The unit was updated 95% which was great compared to the old out of style unit my friends rented. My only complaint as all was the the sliding porch doors are in horrible shape. the one in the bedroom once opened took 2 people to close. It sat open for hours one day when I went golfing and my wife and daughter couldn't move it at all. So get that corrected and this place is a winner 100% of the time!

Beautiful views but needs some improvement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great....beautiful beach and views. Great balcony! The condo wasn’t the cleanest, furniture dirty and stained. Maintenance came twice to complete work orders (not at our request) during our stay??? It rained one of the first nights we were there so we had a puddle outside our door all week. The master shower tub filled up with water when showering. Beds were not very comfortable. The property overall seemed a little dated. It enough parking...had issues finding a spot each time we left.

Location is great HOWEVER......

Yes it does have wonderful view. Gulf side building is dated and the pool area is as well. Happy the unit came with umbrellas and chairs. Yes the unit has new flooring and new furniture but kitchen fridge leaks, bathroom caulking need to be replaced as well as new tiles. Whoever painted and spackled did a poor job looks like they did it with their eyes closed. Balcony doors are extremely tough to open and close. Bathroom towels were small and paper thin, no bath mats in master bathroom. Not my kind of place, nor my definition of a luxury rental. Family reunion was held there only reason why we stayed. I would not stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The area was spacious and the balcony view was beautiful! The master bedroom had plenty of storage for clothes , but the 2nd bedroom hardly had any - just a Tv stand , and small closet with no hangers. The TV/roku was very difficult to navigate . There were a lot of delays and remotes did not work well . Instructions would have been helpful. Also , we knew ahead of time that beach service chairs and umbrellas weren’t included. We’ve had that in the past , with several other condos . That would be a nice plus . Overall , we had a great time .

Dirty

We checked in to a very dirty condo after a very long drive. The only positive thing I can say is the manager responded immediately to our concerns. He/She seemed genuinely concerned. They came and inspected it and found it unsuitable as well. Unfortunately, we had to check out the following day, and find another condo as we did not feel comfortable staying there. Dirty linens, mattresses were old and stained, filthy stained furniture in living room and the condo smelled of urine. Hopefully they were able to deep clean and swap out the mattresses and furniture before the next check in. Never had a bad experience in the Destin area in 25 years of coming until this one. Very sad, because it’s a very nice area.

Amazing stay!

This condo was perfect for us! You can’t beat the view, the beach is right there! You can sit on the balcony and listen to the waves crashing. The inside was clean, updated, & they even leave little care kits (for toiletries & kitchen needs). It’s plenty spacious for a family of 4. Everything about our stay here was so easy too! We will definitely stay here again!

Easy and beautiful location

Our stay was great. We found the ease of the condo to be quite helpful with our four young children. The condo was just the right size to wear. Our beach was not overly crowded and we had plenty of space for playing in the sand and also on the shore of the ocean. The condo was great and had everything that our family needed.

Amazing location

We have stayed in the Hidden dunes several times. They never disappoint. This unit was great, clean and an amazing view. I love a good couch for setting together at night and this was a perfect couch. There is a keriug so bring pods. Communication was quick on responses. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We had a great time staying at this condo! Beautiful view and we saw dolphins every day. Unit was clean and we had lots of space. It was easy to communicate with Beach Blue Properties. Location was great as the outlet mall, restaurants and grocery store were all close. Hope to return soon! Only issue was none of the grills on the property would light.

Therefore during our checkout part of my luggage was in the hallway and I couldn’t reenter to get the other part. Fortunately, my wife was still inside.This was very annoying.
