Great House - Golf Cart Out if Service for some time!

The house and property were great! The issue was with the 6 person golf cart not working for the entire stay. Also 2 of the bikes did not work. The lack of communication and transparency when we finally spoke to someone was beyond frustrating!!! The house was wonderful but the communication and action to resolve issues was not good.

Close to the fun!

Great location! Easy golf cart ride to the beach, Baytowne wharf, grand boulevard and the pool. Easy check in process and we were able to add an extra day with no issue! The view from the deck was nice.

Place is Great!

This property was amazing! Clean. Well stocked. We had 6 Adults and 2 small children and the layout was perfect. 2 golf carts was a bonus, everyone was able to enjoy the resort. Nice, Quiet Neighborhood! We normally stay beachside but will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely the best vacation spot. We enjoyed everything about it. Hats off to the owners cause they really did a fantastic job with this rental. We have never vacationed in The Sandestin resort, but we are hooked now and can’t wait to get back there. 5 stars all the way!!!

Lovely updated condo

Great little condo tucked away on the original quiet bay side of Sandestin. Shaded with nice back deck and view of golfers approaching the green. Kitchen had everything we needed. We made use of the bicycles available also.

Quiet and relaxing condo!

This was our second Sandestin trip. Previously we stayed on the beach and were looking for something less crowded and loud this time around. This property was perfect for us! We enjoyed the peace and quiet sitting on the deck watching golf and still being able to see the bay. Unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen items and beach items. My family enjoyed having 2 golf carts to tool around in, and loved being close enough to food, shopping, beach and golf. Great location and would stay here again if we visit Sandestin in the future.

One golf cart did go out us on day 5 due to driving through an unavoidable sprinkler puddle but they tried their best to fix it. We just made due with the 4 seater the last 2 days...

The golf carts were a great addition. We loved being able to park our car and not have to touch it for the entire week. We took advantage of the game area under the stairs and even grilled out one evening. This home was very comfortable. We can't thank you enough for opening up your home to us. We'll look for availability of your home on our next Sandestin vacation.

Beds were comfortable and all amenities you would need were provided.location was good. About a 8-9 min ride to the beach access and to Baytown wharf. Our primary complaint about this rental is that the 6 seater golf cart was out of commission for our entire stay and we never received an answer about being compensated for this even after calling each day to check on the status. It was very inconvenient and caused some issues during our stay since having the 2 golf carts to accommodate everybody was one of the primary reasons we chose this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great stay at Fairways 260. The unit was very clean. The pics and description are spot on. It was nice having 2 golf carts with separate families it made transport easy to the beach. We had only a few minor things to deal with. For starters, I don't recommend you have anything shipped to the unit via mail. I had a small item that I left at home; it was like pulling teeth to get our mail from the drop box. Also, the description says parking for 2 cars each unit but that's just not the case. We had 2 family SUVs and nowhere near enough room to park both at the unit. Lastly, the 6 seater golf cart could use a tune up. Very jerky with acceleration. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend to a friend/family anytime.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in the Sandesrin area. Unfortunately this stay was not what we expected. Mold in the washer. Every time we washed you could smell it through the bottom floor. We had to keep the door closed. Throughout the stay we saw quite a few spiders and small roaches. Upon arrival the big TV was in the floor and wires hanging from the wallalong with a mou ting kit on the floor. I called to ask if someone was going to come mount the TV but nothing ever came of it. So we were constantly having to our 2yr old to stay away from. A few of the sheets were stained and the couches were extremely stained that cleaning tried to cover with pillows. I would say uts time for a new one. The 2 golf carts were great and fit our family of 8 perfect. There was no talk of extra parking other than it saying ask the security and they were no help. Had to park at the Publix that was about a 15 minute Golf cart drive.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, I am not able to leave a good review for this property. We loved the location, the house was clean, plenty of towels and amenities provided. BUT this property needs maintenance. There were several issues that need to be addressed. The biggest issue is the AC. When we arrived, we turned it on and it immediately sounded like shoes in a dryer. We shut it off and contacted MVH. We were told on Saturday that someone would come out, that happened on Monday. So that's 2 days of no AC. We never heard an update so we called back Monday afternoon and were told that the AC had to be replaced and was not fixable at this time. They offered another place to stay but it did not have 2 golf carts. Refused to upgrade us to any place with 2 golf carts because they would have to eat that cost. So we suffered in the Florida heat for 7 days with NO AC! We were compensated but not to our satisfaction. We feel that they should of gone above and beyond because we found out there was a work order put in for the AC before our arrival so MVH was aware of the issue and did not notify us. Maybe they hoped we would not notice. The kitchen also needs attention, knob on stove kept falling off so we couldn't use that burner. Drawer in fridge was broken. 2 of the bikes at issues, 1 flat tire that could not be pumped back up and the others chain was rusted and fell off 2x while trying to ride. If these issues were addressed and repairs, we would love to stay again

Great family vacation

This was the vacation that our family of 4 needed! The house was all that we expected and in a great location, tucked between the bay and Gulf of Mexico and right on the 7th green of the Linkside golf course. The two golf carts were very convenient and a hit with our two kids. We used them to get pretty much everywhere, including the beach and grocery store. We are looking forward to coming back again!
