“Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in great condition and had necessary utensils we needed. We had a 21st floor one bedroom unit (I heard the higher the better). Great views. Check in was smooth until we had to talk to the concierge. We had read the reviews that noted this pushy concierge tactic. Luckily- We ended up spending two minutes with her as we told her that we are members with Hilton Grand Vacations and have no interest in another time-share condo affiliation. “Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was a big part of that. The house is located in a quiet, more residential part of PCB, but also just a stone's throw from the beach, and with a supermarket just around the corner. The place was spotless, the beds super comfy and it had all the amenities we needed for a lovely week at the beach. Definitely recommend this place!”

“This condo was awesome! Pictures are spot on! All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, and utensils. If you plan on cooking and possibly having leftovers, there isn’t any Tupperware, so I would bring some with you. I did notice towards the end of the week, there were carts in the garage…maybe preparing for spring break…that would have been helpful when we got there, so we didn’t have to walk across the street, get a cart, walk back over, unload, then……

“Your condo was great! Please know that I spent years designing bathrooms for special needs individuals. Having said that it would be helpful to advise everyone to use footwear (sandals, tongs,...), that tub bottom is very slick when showering. Again nice place, thank you. We may come again in the future.”

“The exterior of the condo is in desperate need of cleaning and repairs but the interior of the condo could use some updates but was very clean and is very close and convenient to the beach. The area is on the quieter stretch of beachfront which is great when you have small children. The pool/hot tub area was very clean as well as the bathroom areas and easily accessible. The only downside is the laundry room is shared and requires coins to use. The check out requirements of putting the bedding……
