「This hotel operates without on-site staff. Had I been informed of this beforehand, the arrival process would have been much easier. Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. I was able to enter the building by communicating with the host via the intercom (Ring system?), but I had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs; the stairwell was completely dark—with no lights on—making it both frightening...

Grocery stores, bars, restaurants, barbershops ... it's a complete neighborhood. You can walk to the metropolitana for train service or down to the port for ferries to Procida and Ischia and Capri.」

「I felt at perfect peace, could come here for a meditation retreat. October was perfect timing, nice weather and lesser crowds. Very confusing upon arrival, luckily harbor office is next door and helped me call the owner. After that everything was smooth and easy. Loved the roof deck too. I would definitely come back. 」

「It was completely not what I expected compare to what I selected for the room from the picture. It’s got a giant hot tub and a sauna which I did not ask for or wanna use. I had to sleep on a Murphy bed. The useable space is small, with small trash can and no place to put your stuff. At lease the staff is friendly. The breakfast option is small and simple. The location is good. Love the AC」

「The room was very clean and modern, and the location was excellent, just steps from the beach with several good restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
