「It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The staff were very thoughtful and kind. When I told them that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s birthday, they gave us a special gift 🎁 (thank you for the lovely cakes n cookies !). Whenever we faced a problem, they patiently explained how to fix it. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Japan. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Namba.」

「位置好，房間大小足夠2件行李全開，櫃檯人員及早餐服務人員都很友善；不知道為什麼房間門都要感應到第三次才會開，住低樓層可能因為玻璃隔音不好，外面小巷子在喝酒的喧嘩聲相當清楚，但是不會聽到隔壁的聲音；整體上是推薦，但是建議淺眠的人要帶耳塞」
