「Staff at front desk was unfriendly and confrontational. Room and lobby smelled of smoke. No luggage carts available at check in or check out. Buffet was not open every day. Pool area was dirty and not well maintained. Not enough umbrellas for the amount of tables in the pool area.」

「Comfortable bed, spacious room.
The restaurants were a bit disappointing.
I felt mlsled because when we arrived we were informed that a Resort fee had to be added. I DO NOT APPRECIATE that.
Casino payouts are tight.」

「The room was welcoming and comfortable. The shower head probably needs replaced. The water pressure was good, but the droplets were not distributing evenly therefore it felt like large water droplets in spots and stream in others. Not the most relaxing shower I’ve ever experienced. The staff, however, was welcoming and friendly.」
