When we had problems with the room key not functioning, she told us that we had not closed the door correctly. When we mentioned that the water temperature in the shower cycled on its own from hot to cold to hot we were told how to operate the handle as if we had never used a shower before It also seems that security for strangers using elevators is also lax. There are other good hotels in the area such as the Hyatt and the Hilton. They are both superior "
