"La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay."

"This is a nice and unique place to stay and the team was excellent at keeping in touch. They even facilitated early check in which was most appreciated. I would stay here again however you should be prepared for how busy Naples is!"
"Location is fantastic. In the historic center, close to all the great restaurants and attractions. This place is in a very old building, as are other B&Bs in this area. Poor WiFi with no cell signal inside the building. "
"This as a small B & B in an excellent location, right in the centre of Napoli and only 50 metres from the University underground station. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. "
"When we arrived, we were a little shocked with the look of the exterior of the building. It's a little rough looking with garbage and grafitti all around. The owner, Paula met us and showed us our room. That was the one and only time we had any contact with her or anyone else associated with the property.
The room was very basic but was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but wasn't terrible either.

"This was our second time at the Bellini. Everything there is wonderful, helpful, and friendly. A great neighborhood with access to all the central monuments. A+ from us!"
"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."

Hotel is situated right in the middle of street market district - there are hundreds of shops selling naples touristy items all around. Very busy area! Naples is generally quite dirty and looks quite intimidating when you first arrive but it is safe as long as you follow guidelines to not get pickpocketed in a crowd. We walked around day and night with no problems. Hotel is in a secured courtyard off the main shopping street. Taxi will drop you a couple minutes walk away ( no cars allowed in that street) Once inside the hotel is really clean and new and quiet! The rooftop terrace is nice to have a look out over Naples. Staff are extremely helpful and constantly trying to please. Bed very confortable! We loved our stay here."
"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
