Communication
The property is in a great location and as described. It is not a luxury property but was clean and great view from the roof terrace. A few comfortable chairs both in the rooms and on the terrace would really improve things. The main issue was communication with the owner/managing agency. We could not confirm the booking or pay the deposit/balance. Despite our efforts and those of the VRBO staff they were impossible to get hold of which caused a lot of stress as until we got there were not sure if property actually existed or if there would be anyone there to let us in. They were there in the end but were unresponsive to other contact during our stay. The property is exactly like the photos and a great location to stay in the old town but the communication and help from the owner/managing agency was very bad.
