“This was a perfect spot for me, mom and my daughters. We came for a family wedding and the location was wonderful. The amenities were enjoyed and the view can’t be beat!”

“We had a wonderful time and this is a great location . Giving 4 stars for 2 reasons . The blinds could be better . The one is the bathroom is dark but the one in the bedroom and living area let in a lot of light and there was seriously loud construction going on during our stay and the owner certainly can’t control this but I would of like to be notified as I was awakened more than once at 7-8 am with a man hanging literally right outside the bedroom window and as I said earlier the blind is not……

“It was almost perfect... clean, nice, checkin was smooth, host had great communication, location is amazing, includes a parking spot. On Friday night I slept really well. However, on Saturday night there's a bar closeby that plays live music until 3am and it's very loud. One of the bedrooms is interior with no windows and is insulated from the noise, they slept fine. However, for me in the bedroom with the windows, I barely slept that night. I wish I could give this place 5 stars as they really……

“We booked this last minute for a quick girls getaway. We wanted something away from but convenient to Duval. This was perfect. Tucked on a quiet street sat this wonderful place. It was private, comfortable, easy to get to everything and best of all was the swimming pool courtyard. We enjoyed days out and about and evenings with some prosecco in the pool. It would be easy to rent bikes and ride everywhere, but these two post-menopausal mamas were hot...so we rented a golf cart from Minty's.……

“What a gem, we had an absolute blast! We enjoyed the pool, the private beach and the tandom kayak that we fished from and caught barracuda and tarpon. A beautiful view and centrally located next to market/plaza. Having coin laundry steps away from out door and a well stocked kitchen was key, as we enjoy cooking because we get tired of eating out. The host was very pleasant to deal with and provided tons of information for the property as well as the area. Can't wait to return. Thank you so much……

“The property was even better than expected because several updates had been made that were not pictured. We were impressed by the kitchen and wet bar. It was comfortable, clean, and close to everything we wanted to do.”

“The condo had everything we needed and more balcony than we knew we needed! We were pleasantly surprised by the tropical oasis in the courtyard as well. Very comfortable bed and living room furnishings to include the pull out sofa! The only hitch was the parking spot, not well marked and very tight.Hope to come back one day!”
