"We stayed at the kidcabin for 7. There are 6 of us. While the name is Kid Cabin, there is no indication that some of the beds are for little kids only…My tall child had to sleep with his feet outside the bed. There is like no sound insulation in the room too. I was inside the area with the bunk bed and could hear my family whispering through the wall like there is no barrier at all. And we can hear other customers opening and closing their doors. Many times, the sound made me think someone opened our door."

"The room I stayed in was very outdated. It has stains on the light, the bedsheets, the furniture, as well as the bathroom. I was very disappointed in this property because I expect a lot more, especially because I always stay at this hotel wherever I go. The walls are paperthin. I made several complaint down to the front office regarding the person next to me blasting music at 9 o’clock at night. Just want one for hours. I will not be going back there ever again. Especially not with how much we cost to stay."

"Great experience!! My family and I enjoyed our cozy clean room. The beds were super comfortable. Shuttle took us to kings Island and when I called at 10pm for pick up they had the shuttle there within 5 minutes later to get us. Very friendly staff. Also, they have good selection for breakfast!! Definitely 10/10 experience ❤️"

"Awful!! Showed up at 11 at night with two small children just to find hair in the shower, pee on the seat, handle of the sink broken off, water leaving from under the sink, tub would not drain, mini fridge would not work and air was broken. We would have left but were exhausted so we slept, woke up next day and left. Told them about all the issues and now getting charged daily for random fees! And the manager won’t even answer the call or return the call. When we report all the issues that night the front desk said manager ain’t gonna fix it so not sure what to tell you! Oh and by morning the lights were all flickering like an electrical issue. I got my kids out of there quickly. But now they trying to charge extra with no explanation at all."
