「The property and rooms were clean. The staff was very nice!」

「Clean room, excellent breakfast choices—best I’ve seen in a while. Check in lady was VERY GOOD about keeping my room number and information secure from being overheard by the man in line behind me. One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. This safety issue should be engrained in every motel/hotel—always ensure that windows are...

「The staff was friendly and property was clean but our room smelled like urine really bad. I possibly would stay in a smaller room in future but the big room with kitchenette was very smelly of strong urine. The staff were nice though.」

「Bathrooms are very dated, exhaust fan didn’t work. Hair dryer old and only two settings- super high and hot or low and cold. Two lamps had bulbs burned out. Recent upgrades were poor quality.」

「The hotel base board was falling apart next to my hotel room. The trash can base was dirty. My room tables was dirty and it was hair in my tub from the last guest. The room looked like it wasn't clean properly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention the back door had trash around the vent. I took it upon myself to ask the hotel for some disinfectant so that I felt like the room was sanitized. Horrible establishment!!」

「Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be ....
