"A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell. "Vicino a Firenze e quindi alle principali via di scambi, ma in una tranquillità disarmante. Il silenzio è parte integrante della struttura, ma sia chiaro assolutamente positivo. La struttura è ubicata in una zona veramente bella e le stanze sono confortevoli, comode e con la possibilità di cucinare. "Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). "We enjoyed our stay so much! Gianna and her family were so nice and welcoming! I don't usually stay at properties where the family also stays, but I'm so glad I did this time! My husband and I loved the views and I made dinner in the loft kitchen twice using the fresh herbs Gianna had growing. She was so generous and left us food staples to make dinner and it really came in handy the first night when we realized that we would rather drink wine outside than go out to dinner! One thing to note about this area (and most places we visited in Italy), is the restaurant hours. Many places only open for dinner and that starts around 7pm. Lunch is over at 3pm and most places close from 3pm-7pm. Everything was perfect for our stay and the area is lovely. "

"This was our favorite place that we stay while in Italy. It had an old world charm and all the details were lovely. We had a chance to use the massive fireplace and it kept the place very cozy. You can't beat the views! Pure eye candy from morning till night! Our host, Marco and Maria, went out of there way to make us comfortable, and their communication was outstanding. I hope to stay here again someday. "

"Everything met or exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay at this magnificent villa. The house, the pool, the tennis court were all sensational. Clean, beautifully maintained, private and good location. Host/owner was very accommodating too. Highly recommended!"

"The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. The host was a very attentive super friendly guy that made sure we got there safe and was always there to help us. "
