「I was there for only 3 days, I can complain for nothing. The room was very clean, the housekeeper who is also the server at the restaurant is very polite woman. Mrs Gladys, she is also a very woman who is working at the office, she doesn’t take time to respond to any inconvenient you might have. I, definitely will be booked with them again」

「Room was dirty, dingy and old. Bugs in the room! Did not want to touch anything!! Additionally, there wasn't a proper lock on the door, which was totally unsafe! The only reason I didn't leave, was I literally had nowhere else to stay that night. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!」

「Do not stay here!!! This a fraud. The name says it is a resort but don’t be fooled. It is NOT!!! . These are condos which people own and rent them out. They are extremely dirty, no one is ever available for cleaning the rooms or replacing any towels or other necessities. No restaurant in the building as stated on the website, and false pictures of a different building. We had to go back and forth with Expedia to get us out of there.
