The layout was spacious, with one bedroom downstairs, three bedrooms upstairs, a half bathroom downstairs, another full bathroom upstairs, and a bathroom connected to the master bedroom.However, I would not recommend this property for anyone traveling with pets, despite it being listed as pet friendly. 「We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Our host provided great communication. He went over the top on providing a selection of goodies including a variety of items in the fridge and freezer. Very clean and comfortable. He ensured the Spa was very clean. The backyard has plenty of places to relax and recreational opportunities. There was only two of us but I I am sure a family and friends would really enjoy this property. The location is convenient to shopping, Fisherman’s Wharf, Cannery Row, and the Monterey Aquarium.」

「The listing said nothing about construction on the property behind the rental. Every morning at 7:50am the nail guns started that sounded like non-stop guns. We have rented other properties that stated that fact immediately and clearly. This listing hid the construction part in the “small print” that we didn’t see. They knew about the construction and hid it. Not cool in my opinion. I would not use this company again.」
