「We picked this house because it was close to the venue where we were going to. We arrived a few minutes b4 the 4pm check in and the house had not been clean, beds where a mess, no clean towels, dishes and trash places. When I notified the host they said send pictures, sent pictures. While sending pictures we notice mold in the bathrooms and the door up stair to the balcony was open and would not lock. Trying to figure out what to do because we had an almost 2 year old and a 9 month old with us....
