“Everything was excellent, clean and spacious room. Great area very well located. Only cons - A/C was on winter mode and does not works. The room feels warm or hot and we have to open the windows which let enter the noise. A recommendation is to let the mode of the A/C as each guests wanted to. If they wanted cold, let then select they're own temperature that feels comfortable to them.”

“Hostel Incrível a poucos metros da Gran Via e de estações de metrô. Cheguei por volta de 9h da manhã e fui super bem atendido. Como ainda era muito cedo, certamente eu não poderia usar o quarto pois ainda estava sendo limpo. Mas deixaram eu trocar de roupa para poder passear em Madrid e ficaram com minha mala. Ao retornar às 14h para o check-in, foi tudo muito tranquilo e minha mala já estava no quarto. A limpeza estava excelente, bem como o conforto do quarto. Havia ar condicionado, toalhas……

“Received an upgrade to a room one or two categories better, so was very happy with the suite I received. Generally, the hotel is great with a nice interior, especially in the lobby. The elevators are quite old and slow, I spent a long time waiting for them throughout my stay... Food at the restaurant was average and quite pricey for what you get. Gym had very limited options for training and sad that it closes at 9pm already. The roof bar would be interesting but was either closed or too……

“The staff is very nice and introduce us a very nice restaurant nearby. It is near the Gran Via where you can find the shops and lots of restaurants. It is convenient even to walk to the monuments (it just takes around 15 minutes walk). And the room is spacious and the toilet is very big. The cleaning staff is very good and tidy the room well. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. And once again, thank you to the staff there! ”

“This was my second visit and I highly recommend it. The women who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, showing you points of interest on the map. The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs. The location is super convenient.”

“Comodo para 2 adultos y 4 niñas, el estado del apartamento se ve y se siente recien renovado. Los Aires Acondicionado funcionaron excelente en la ola de calor, Supermercado enfrente. Sitios de comidas cercanos, ubicacion aceptable pero toma 10 minutos caminando para llegar a la Gran Via.”

“The experience of living here is quite good. The hostel is close to Tribunal metro station and the shopping area of the city( around 5 minutes to the former and 10 to 20minutes walk for the latter). Staff were nice and helpful. However, Tribunal metro station are not fully accessible by elevators/escalators so people travel with big luggage should be aware of that.”
