The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible……

“Not so clean I saw spider web at the corners and some black worm at my room but bed was clean. It was not kitchenette and I ask for knife and spoon. Pool wan not so pleasing to use.”
