「This place is perfectly fine as a last-resort hotel. The manager was super nice and helpful, which I appreciated, and the rooms are fairly standard. But the property is not well-maintained, and let's just say that, based on the other guests and their activities, I would have been somewhat more comfortable sleeping with a samurai sword under my pillow.」

Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare.
