“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bar W Lodge. It was very last minute and the host was so prepared to receive us. Spacious gathering area, kitchen had everything with lots of room to move around as we made food for our group of 70, rooms were clean with comfy beds and we slept A LOT of people in them. The cabins are cozy and cute. Nice big lawn area for playing yard games. We want to make this our "Spot" for reunions. Two reservoirs within 30 minutes for boating, swimming, paddle……

“This facility is absolutely the best! This will be our third year in a row and it is even better now than when we started coming here. The food is great for both breakfast and dinner. The staff add so much to the experience with all their attention to detail. ”

“Very close to slopes. Rooms were dorm style but good value. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty nice stay. ”

“Great people. Perfect location. Highly recommend.”

“It was a great place to be. Our grandkids said it was the best reunion ever. We did have my 93 year old mother and my husband had a harder time with stairs. All the games, pool table, fooseball, air hockey, movie room, were upstairs but the staircase was twice as tall as a regular staircase which prevented my mother and husband from being able to join the kids upstairs. Also the no shoes policy would've also been good to know ahead of time.”

“Excellent WiFi ”

“All was as advertised. Jamie is an excellent host. We had everything we needed within walking distance. And the snow we ordered came right on schedule.”

“We had a good stay here. The "kitchenette" was lacking plates, bowls, and spoons to reheat food with. The host was very accommodating in getting power to our Tesla! Much appreciated. ”

“Our family members felt Big Bear Lodge was the best one we have stayed in each Fall. The views were spectacular because this cabin was surrounded by a forest. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms each had little outdoor themes. We loved that there were 2 bedrooms on the main floor because one of the guests has MS.”

“Nice hosting and friendly neighbors. Great food and drink. Comfortable couch around fireplace.”

“Couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. It is really hard to explain in few words how wonderful the house is - even more welcoming than the pictures. A very big and beautiful home full of character and so well thought through. From the very beginning Lena was very helpful, she gave us some recommendations for the area. When we arrived the children were thrilled to ride on the sleds connected to the snowmobile up to the house, not that it's very far! We left the cars down the slope at the……

“Beautiful place Central location to everything in the valley. Great location for Snowbasin as well. 10/10”

“Nice place. ”

“The place was very nice and clean. There were no kitchen towels or pool towels. The elevator was not working the whole stay. ”

“So close to the slopes, ski shop and Timberline Lodge. Great parking. Comfortable room where everything works nicely! Would be happy to visit again. ”
