"I just loved it. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable people, professionals, always willing to help us. Loved the biding atmosphere. Onsen was fantastic close to the all the main seas Pontocho, museums and temple. Most importantly within walking distance to the Kyoto station station. Excellent hotel… highly recommended."

"This is a fabulous place to stay. 5-10 minutes from Namba station, Dotonburi area and the canal. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful especially Jerry with his local knowledge and excellent English. Being able to wash and dry a full load of clothes in an hour for 600 yen was a bonus. The room was plenty big enough with great power and wifi connections. Add in a free breakfast, coffee and cocoa machine, cold water and you have the ideal place to stay. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough"

"Can’t beat the location! The reason for the 4 star rating for the hotel room on the 3rd floor was because of the awful smell in the bathroom which I assumed is from sewage system. I contemplated requesting a room room change but we were only there for 4 nights"
