"The property location was beautiful, but the property needs an upgrade. Only one elevator works, and was td the 2nd hasn't worked for 3 years. The 2nd elevator went down for about 24 hours and and was told by maintenance that was normal. The unit we stayed in was nice, and clean, but might need a bit of a remodel. A beachy vibe would have been nice. Any maintenance issues we had with a tub not draining, or sink not draining was attended to quickly."

"We had the best time staying here. It is a close (<1 mi) walk to all things downtown charleston and everything is new, clean and up to date. If you're staying a weekend in charleston this is a great option. We would definitely book again if we're back in the area!"

"My husband and I spent 4 days in IOP and our condo was perfect! Walking up to the sunrise and beach/ocean views was amazing. Being on the end unit means you are only a few steps from the beach! The entire Sea Cabins community was also very quiet. We will definitely be back"
