「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「Very nice rooms, front desk and restaurant staff provided excellent guest service. The restaurant was great We enjoyed the fun perks like free drinks, $5 credit at the snack shop, games, and record players. Convenient location near Union Station, baseball stadium, downtown restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!」

「If i had to use one word to descibe this place, it would be "classy." Very pleasant staff. The check-in ladies were very pleasant and were able to give me some good local restaurants to try. The room was very clean. The pools (indoor and outdoor) where great and our kids had so much fun. Beautiful establishment. 「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. 「I have to say that this stay was very pleasant. We were on the top floor and used the elevator closest to parking area. It was very convenient. It's quiet which was wonderful and we had a nice view. Loved the retro look of the place and the cute frig in the room. The hair products and hand soap&lotion smelled great--- loved the look of the sink.
