Great for a family with small kids, but limited outdoor space./no grass. 10 or so minute walk down to the main beach, but the parking pass was included was so helpful. Host was friendly and helpful. "We had a really great time staying at this property. The outdoor space with pool, fire pit and deck was fantastic and the main highlight of this rental! My only criticism is with the finishes of the place and the layout. We had a very large group including kids and dogs, and there was plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for everyone, however, the spaces to congregate inside felt too compartmentalized. We didn't even use the front main living room space b/c it was abnormally hot in there (the AC units weren't cooling down this room), and it felt very removed from the flow of traffic. The quality of the renovations is also a mixed bag, but it's clear this property is rented often and a lot of thought has been given on the guest experience. There was plenty of parking for 6 cars, and we made great memories in the space, so thank you!!"
