“The amenities listed on the Expedia app were inaccurate. I booked this hotel specifically for its convenience and because it advertised a pool. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the pool was not in working order. The pool was fully drained and under construction/maintenance.. meaning they were aware of this ongoing project for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing and was false advertising. To make matters worse, the non-smoking room had a strong odor that……

“Dirty sheets, beds were uncomfortable and there was a hole directly under the sink that my dog could fit through and she’s a big pitbull. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water knob was completely broken off sitting on the side of the tub.”

“Pictures are very deceiving. Room was okay with a jet tub in it. Actually quite a large room. But toilet barely flushed, couldn’t get my outdated shower door to close all the way, no refrigerator which while traveling we like for cold drinks, multiple stains on the rug, and when checking out the tub had a cockroach crawl out of the faucet. One plus - the large vanity mirror was updated and very nice and bright. With all the negatives we decided to skip the very small continental breakfast.”

“Breakfast was OK , very crowded and food was basic. The room had missing fan and hole in the ceiling in the bathroom and there was a live wire coming out of one of the outlets and no plate on it. Several patches on the walls. It was clean, but just pretty worn down. Swimming pool was ok. Television had limited channels. AC did work well in the room however, the blanket was very thin and the space in the room was pretty tight for two adult adults and two children as these were full size beds in a……

“Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and real scrambled eggs. Also the coffee was brewed fresh by the cup. It is a newer property and very clean.”

“The location was perfect, access in was smooth, towels and other supplies were ample. The only thing I recommend is a fan in both bedrooms.”

“It was perfect for the two of us, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The place was very spacious with a nice TV and sofa, so we had a wonderful time.”

“Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.”

“The rooms were clean. The property was nice. The breakfast was fantastic and I must say that the shower head and pressure was on point.”

“The room was clean and basic which was fine and easy to check. The free breakfast was good enough and easily accessed. One inconsistency was the unexpected charge increase for our dog as Expedia’s website and the hotel’s charge was different. Staff responded with that it was not their concern as this was booked through Expedia. Still, the hotel was fine.”
